Collection processes begin the moment an account is entered into the Cash-Pro system, Each account is analyzed and demographic information is verified before the first letter is sent. All new placements are compared with existing placements for additional information and linked to matching accounts. Incorrect or disconnected numbers are detected while performing dialer processes, accounts are scored for collect-ability, and updates are sent to the three credit bureaus - all this occurs before a Collection Specialist reviews the account.
Intelligent dialer campaigns and collection routes guide accounts through the optimal collection process. In-house insurance processing, electronic credit bureau updates, dispute resolution and professionally trained collectors provide both collection results and customer service.
An integrated legal department assesses placements for legal action, prepares suit documents and maintains up-to-date legal account status. DAKCS™ provides intelligent collector route management, programmed account treatments, bureau reporting, on-line access, scoring and many other features that ensure an intelligently automated approach to account management.
VICIII™ Predictive Dialer, an integrated, real-time predictive dialing system, automatically screens no-answers or busy numbers to provide Cash-Pro’s collectors with extraordinary contact and payment results. On-line nationwide skip-tracing provides fast, accurate location of skip accounts. Cash-Pro, Inc. utilizes Accurint™, Lason™, and Experion™ for automated real-time and batch skip-tracing. At placement all accounts are processed through the National Change of Address Database to correct addresses and phone numbers, increase delivery speed and perform skip-tracing – all this occurs before the first letter is sent.
